Getting started

Cleom turns a single brief into production-ready game marketing assets, built for game studios. Three surfaces are live today: Ad Campaigns (one brief in, 10 to 200 finished ad variants out), Create (prompt-to-video with automatic Model Routing), and Canvas (a node-based pro canvas for hands-on work). Everything runs on prepaid credits — no subscription.
Ad Campaigns is the place to start today. Write one brief, pick one goal, set your markets and formats, and Cleom produces a batch of 10 to 200 ad variants — each delivered separately to your Library, ready to ship to ad networks. Create and Canvas are there when you want direct control over individual videos.
No. Cleom is fully prepaid: you buy a credit pack once through Stripe and spend credits as you produce. There's no monthly fee, no seat pricing, and credits never expire — buy before a launch crunch and the remainder waits for your next campaign. See the pricing page for pack sizes.
Production starts after your request is reviewed. Small batches usually land within hours; larger campaigns take longer. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours, and you can shorten it with Priority (~24 hours) or Rush (~5 hours) at checkout. You can watch progress in your Library at any time — no need to keep the tab open.
Live now: Ad Campaigns, Create, and Canvas. On the roadmap: Steam Page, Store Kit, Asset Lab, and Insights. If you're deciding where to begin, start with Ad Campaigns — it's the fastest path from brief to shippable assets today.

Ad Campaigns

You write one brief, choose one goal, set your markets, languages and platforms, and pick how many variants you want — anywhere from 10 to 200. The full cost is shown before you confirm. Production starts after your request is reviewed; small batches usually finish within hours, larger campaigns take longer. Each variant is delivered separately to your Library, so you can review, download and ship them individually.
Because a campaign that tries to do two things does neither well. One goal keeps every variant in the batch pulling in the same direction, which is what makes testing the results meaningful. Want installs and wishlists? Run two campaigns — each gets a focused brief and a clean set of variants to measure.
Quite a lot: output formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5, 2:3), durations from 6 to 45 seconds, 21 creative angles plus your own custom angle, audience targeting plus custom audiences, the variant slider (10 / 25 / 50 / 100 / 200), production priority, free-form notes, and reference URLs or uploads. Sensible defaults cover all of it if you'd rather just write the brief and go.
A creative angle is the hook a variant is built around — the approach it takes to sell your game. Cleom offers 21 preset angles to choose from, and you can define a fully custom angle if your campaign needs a specific pitch. Spreading a batch across several angles is the fastest way to discover which message actually converts for your audience.
Reference URLs and file uploads, with assets up to 50MB per file — gameplay captures, key art, logos, brand material, anything that helps the batch look like your game. Your uploads are used only for the production you requested, nothing else.
Ad Campaigns cost 200 credits per second of output, multiplied by the number of variants — so shorter durations and smaller batches cost less, and the exact total is always shown before you confirm. A practical pattern: start with 10–25 variants to test angles and formats, then scale the winners with a 100–200 variant run. Priority (×1.5) and Rush (×2) multipliers apply on top if you pick a faster turnaround.

Create & Canvas

Create is Cleom's prompt-to-video surface: describe the shot you want, pick an aspect ratio and resolution, and get a finished video back. It supports 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 1:1 and 21:9 at 1080P, 2K or 4K. It's the right tool when you need one specific video rather than a whole campaign batch.
Instead of making you pick from a list of video models, Create routes each prompt to the best-fit model automatically. You describe the result; the routing is handled for you. There's nothing to configure and no model names to keep up with.
Canvas is a node-based professional canvas for people who want to work hands-on — building shots step by step and iterating directly rather than firing off a single prompt. It adds a budget-friendly 720P tier on top of 1080P/2K/4K, and charges revisions at half rate, which makes iterating cheap.
Create and Canvas output 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 1:1 and 21:9 at 1080P, 2K and 4K — Canvas additionally offers 720P for cheap drafts and iterations. For ad-network placements specifically, Ad Campaigns has its own format set: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5 and 2:3.
Both are priced per second of output: 190 credits at 1080P, 330 at 2K, 470 at 4K, and Canvas's 720P tier runs 160 credits per second. Canvas revisions cost half the normal rate. As everywhere in Cleom, the exact cost is shown before production starts, and failed jobs are refunded automatically.

Credits & billing

Credits are Cleom's prepaid currency. Buy a pack once through Stripe, then spend credits as you produce — campaigns, Create videos, Canvas work. The exact cost of every job is shown before production starts, so there are never surprise charges. No subscription, no recurring fees.
Four packs: $10 for 1,000 credits, $45 for 5,000, $160 for 20,000 (our most popular), and $699 for 100,000. Larger packs carry a better per-credit rate, and every pack unlocks the same features — the only difference is volume. Details on the pricing page.
No — credits never expire. Stock up before a launch, spend what the campaign needs, and the rest stays in your balance until your next production, whether that's next week or next year.
No. Failed jobs are refunded automatically — the credits go straight back to your balance without a ticket. You can spot failed jobs in your Library by their Failed status. If anything ever looks off, email hello@cleomai.com and we'll sort it out.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours and included in the base rate. Priority costs ×1.5 and targets ~24 hours; Rush costs ×2 and targets ~5 hours. Use Standard for planned production, Priority when a deadline is close, and Rush when the launch is today. The multiplied total is always shown before you confirm.

Delivery & Library

Everything lands in your Library. Ad Campaign variants arrive as individual items — a 50-variant campaign gives you 50 separate deliverables you can review, download and ship independently. Create and Canvas outputs land there too, so the Library is the single place to check on all your work.
Each job in the Library shows one of three statuses: Processing (in production), Ready (done — download away), or Failed (something went wrong and your credits were auto-refunded). Production starts after your request is reviewed; small batches usually finish within hours, larger campaigns take longer.
Open the item in your Library and hit Download — it saves the file directly to your machine, ready to upload to an ad network, store page or edit timeline. For campaign batches, each variant downloads as its own file.
Use Share Link on any Library item — it copies a URL you can drop into Slack, email or a review doc for quick approval rounds with your team or publisher.
06

Account & security

You do. Everything produced on Cleom belongs to your studio — run it in paid campaigns, put it on your store page, cut it into trailers, anywhere, with no extra license or usage fee. What you paid to produce is yours.
Only for the production you requested. Reference files and URLs you attach to a campaign or generation are used to produce that work and nothing else — they aren't shared with other customers or repurposed. Your game's material stays your game's material.
All purchases run through Stripe, the same payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details are handled by Stripe's certified infrastructure — Cleom doesn't store them. You'll receive a Stripe receipt by email for every purchase.
Email hello@cleomai.com from your account email and describe the issue — for billing questions, include your Stripe receipt; for a stuck or failed job, mention which Library item it is. We answer within 24 hours on business days.

Roadmap

Four surfaces are on the roadmap: Steam Page, Store Kit, Asset Lab, and Insights. They'll join Ad Campaigns, Create and Canvas as they ship — watch the changelog for announcements.
Not yet — they're on the roadmap, not live. In the meantime, Ad Campaigns is where to start today: it covers the highest-leverage marketing work (paid ad creative at volume), and Create and Canvas handle individual videos for store pages and socials.
There are no plans to upgrade — Cleom runs entirely on prepaid credits with no subscription, and credits never expire. Any balance you hold today will be there when new surfaces arrive, priced the same transparent way: cost shown before production, failed jobs auto-refunded.
New surfaces and updates are announced in the changelog. Have a feature request, or want to tell us which roadmap surface matters most to your studio? Email hello@cleomai.com — input from working studios genuinely shapes what ships next.
