Senior Generative Pipeline Engineer
Build the orchestration layer that turns one brief into up to 200 production-ready variants — model routing, queueing, retries, consistency passes and render farms at scale. Deep Python, strong systems instincts, and real experience running diffusion or video models in production.
Performance Creative Strategist (UA)
Turn Cleom's volume into win rates — hook frameworks, variant matrices, creative testing loops for mobile and PC user acquisition. You've run UA creative at a studio or agency, you live in the data, and you know exactly which thirty variants to make next.
Full-Stack Engineer (Creative Tools)
